Thailand is full of crazy ice cream flavors. In Rayong, for example, there’s coconut ice-cream mixed with salted egg and topped with moo yong (dried shredded pork). Central is bringing this and other oddities to the capital for this very chill summer fest, along with some special flavors by familiar brands like Melt Me (who will be doing flower ice cream).
