The Sukhothai Hotel’s Thai restaurant Celadon has recently revealed an all new menu that excites while still sticking to tradition. Located in a beautiful pavillion surrounded by lotus ponds, the fine-dining institution is known for its artfully presented Royal Thai-inspired cuisine and quality produce.

This time around, chef Rossarin “Rin”  Sripathum has sourced ingredients from her hometown of Amphawa, resulting in dishes like fresh watermelon topped with dried barracuda, crispy shallots and garlic (B350), flavorful pomelo salad with grilled prawns, shredded coconut and ground peanuts (B450), and exceptionally tender grilled Australian beef cheek in a dry panang curry (B750). To finish, don't miss the unusual cassava sorbet (B110), which is perfectly sweet with a slight aroma of coconut.
