This October, Blue Elephant Cooking School & Restaurant is marking World Breast Cancer Awareness Month with a Pink Ribbon Menu of lunch and dinner dishes.

The special menu will be prepared by Chef Nooror Somany Steppe's younger family members, Sandra Steppe and Emma Steppe, using high-antioxidant herbs and organic ingredients with the aim of making every dish healthier.

Highlights include foie gras with gac fruit and pomegranate salad, and clear soup with rambutan and soursop. Finish your meal with desserts like almond pudding with fruit salad and date flan. Prices start from B200.

Proceeds from the special menu will be donated to Thai women in need through Queen Sirikit Centre for Breast Cancer (QSCBC).
