Throughout October, Chef Nooror while be whipping up dishes with ingredients picked for their cancer-preventing qualities by Dr. Kris Chatamra from the Queen Sirikit Centre for Breast Cancer. The five-course meal includes clear beef consommé, sweet potatoes flavored with Thai holy basil and sweet basil, India mulberry rib eye curry, and rambutan ivy leaf soup with soursop leaves.
