Here’s a seriously sweet announcement for you. Blendies, a premium French ice cream parlor, made its debut at Siam Square last month. 
It's helmed by Thanchoti “Bam” Dolchalaikon, whose 12-year culinary career includes stints at renowned establishments such as the one-Michelin-star bistro Benoit Paris. Now, he is channeling that experience into crafting creamy, chewy, and thick French-style ice cream, ensuring it doesn’t melt away in a hurry.
The main crowd pleaser here is the signature pistachio cone (B219), which sees premium-grade pistachios roasted over charcoal, crushed, and used to make a generous coating all around the ice cream. Then, the chef finishes it off with a dollop of whipped cream and you have one of the best ice cream desserts you will try in a while. Pro tip: arrive early because this sells out. 
If pistachios aren’t your thing, Blendies offers 10 other basic flavors, such as fresh milk, cacao, and chestnut vanilla (B129 per scoop). There are also two special flavors of the month to keep things interesting. Don’t forget about their ice cream cones, either, which are made fresh-to-order with 100-percent pure French butter. For that matter, the restaurant prides itself on using no artificial additives for color, scent, taste, or preservation.
