Following last weekend's Courageous Bangkok, here's another food festival to get excited about, this time taking place on the fringes of Chinatown.

This Sunday, Nov 6, from 3-8pm, Big Food takes over Soi Nana promising good food and drinks for a good cause.

Originally scheduled to celebrate World Food Day on Oct 16, the event has been moved to avoid the chance of inclement weather. Still aiming to promote sustainable food systems, the event is backed by the likes of sustainable seafood purveyor Fisherfolk, Oxfam in Thailand, Recoftc and more.

On top of food from names like Seven Spoons, Sloane’s, Err, 80/20, Barrio Bonito and Mad Moa, you can expect local vendors like Nang Loeng's sweets shop and Yaowarat noodles shop, dance classes, live music, plus cold beers from Beervana and Udomsuk Brewing.

It’s all taking place at Cho Why (17 Soi Nana, Charoenkrung Rd.) with entrance entirely free. bit.ly/2cp7CKu
