J’aime by Jean Michel Lorain’s Chandon Sunday Brunch

The format: All you can eat; a la carte mains
The food: The extenive menu begins with a spread of small bites drawn up from deli items like saucisson de Lyon and duck rillettes, as well as a selection of small seafood plates. You can also order as many a la carte mains as you wish from a menu that includes stuffed sous-vide quail, braised beef cheeks and grilled half lobster. This is followed by a further medley of dessert plates for each table.

La Vue’s Vivre la France Brunch

The format: Buffet plus a la carte mains and egg dishes
The food: The buffet includes a selection of cold cuts, cheese, oysters and small plates, while the a la carte menu includes Burgundian egg Meurette (egg poached in red wine with bacon and shallots) and mains like the pan-seared duck foie gras with caramelized pear and rosemary gravy, and rabbit with orange sauce and prune (though the a la carted dishes do change weekly).

The format: A la carte; free-flow drink options; live band
The food: Rather than the restaurant’s usual Peruvian-fusion cuisine, Sundays serve up classic brunch fare priced per dish. Dishes include Slammin’ Salmon Toast (B230), Aunt Jemima’s Pancakes (B340), Real Belgian Waffles (B350), Breakfast Burritos (B320), and Gangster Eggs Benedict (B400).
The drinks: Cocktails available both by the glass and the pitcher (starting B180). Otherwise, opt for the B950 free-flow sparkling wine option.

The food: Recommended dishes from the current menu include: langoustine with different preparations of organic tomato, fried langoustines, sweet and sour cucumber, Pata Negra and clear gazpacho; lukewarm oyster, saffron foam, spinach, with caviar; grilled North Sea turbot, white asparagus, morels and green peas; saddle of lamb, green herb crust, garlic, eggplant, bell pepper, artichoke with lamb sauce; and strawberry Cremeux, lychee parfait, fresh strawberries, rose and a sparkling strawberry Champagne.
The drink: Comes with a half bottle of Champagne

The Format: A la carte
The Food: On top of, Appia’s regular Roman-style Italian menu the weekend lunch menu adds up homey, Italian-influenced egg dishes like uovo alla pizzaiola––two eggs from Italian aritsan egg farmer Paolo Parisi, cooked in a rich tomato sauce and topped with fresh scamorza cheese (B380)––and polpettone; chef Paolo Vitaletti’s mother’s meat loaf served with fried egg, marinated eggplant and spinach on toast (B280).

The food: In keeping with the regular menu of jazzed-up American comfort food served in an industrial setting, brunch features dishes like chocolate berries French toast (B200), pumpkin and potato scrambled egg (B250) and eggs Benedict and salmon (B250).

Trader Vic’s New Mai Tai Brunch

The format: Buffet
The food: Known for its Polynesian theme, Trader Vic’s has a good selection of grilled meats and fish. A stunning view of the river is a bonus, as is their solid choice of foie gras, salmon, French oysters and sushi.
The drinks: Special Mai Tais infused with peppermint and wild berries or earl grey tea, as well as traditional cocktails like margarita, mojito, pina colada and blue Hawaii.
