The décor: The dining room and its open kitchen are decked in eclectic rich and vibrant colors and a whole lot of faces and eyes staring at you to fit the theme. Paintings of eyes and mouths adorn the ceiling while a wall is dedicated purely to representations of facial features. Mirrors also line the ceiling, reflecting the breathtaking 25th floor view for those who aren’t seated facing the right direction.

The cuisine: French Mediterranean with modern plating and classic recipes for the risk-averse. For starters, try the popular duck consommé with black truffle baked in puff pastry. Or venture into a slightly Scandinavian dish with their Balik smoked Norwegian salmon with sour cream and German potato pancakes. Get serious with the French fine-dining staple, Chateaubriand, which is carved at your table. Another fresh dish is the pan-fried snowfish with a Provence herb butter gratin set on porcini risotto—a big portion and al dente rice. For dessert, keep it classic with the crepe suzette with vanilla bean ice cream flambéed at your table.
