Brasserie Europa

Siam Kempinski's restaurant adds a few Thanksgiving-inspired items to its menu. Starting at 6:30pm, the four-hour dinner buffet (B1,800 for adults, B900 for children) will feature the likes of turkey ragout fettucini with mushrooms and parmesan, as well as the full Thanksgiving dessert lineup of pumpkin, pecan and apple pie. They'll also have some international fare like chocolate fountain and charcuterie station.

Bunker

Chef Arnold Marcella preps a 3-course menu (B1,200 per person) specifically for this holiday, offering a choice between three starters, three mains and three desserts. One highlight main is the smoked angus beef short rib with rocket salad and creamy mashed potatoes, but if you'd prefer something classic they also have roasted turkey with all the fixings.

Chomp

The four-course meal consists of mixed mushroom soup, whipped smoked salmon cream cheese, stuffed slow-roasted crispy turkey, and pumpkin pie and chocolate rum lava cups. Vegan options available. Normal price is B450 or B650 with hot mulled wine and pumpkin pie martini. Reservations required.

This new American diner's Thanksgiving dinner (B795 for adults, B395 for children) comes with turkey and your choice of sides. When you're done with that you can dig into their pumpkin or pecan pie.

Feast

Aside from their usualy buffet offerings, Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel's restaurant will also have Thanksgiving dishes like roasted "Tom" turkey (male as opposed to female) with celery sausage stuffing and mashed potatoes as well as apple and pumpkin pie. You'll have two chances to chow down on what they're serving, for lunch at 12-2:30pm (B790) or dinner at 6-10pm (B1,090).

InterContinental Bangkok

A festive dinner buffet from 6-10:30pm at Espresso (B1,289 per person) with roast turkey, butternut squash soup, and brussel sprout and chestnut salad, plus sweets like toffee crunch cake and lemon-coconut tarts as well as the standard pecan pie. At Fireplace Grill, chef Sebastian Reischer serves a five-course dinner (B3,200 per person) that begins with a light and well-balanced beetroot and goat cheese salad and ends with a dessert duo of pecan and pumpkin pie.

The Kitchen Table

Starting at 6pm, W Hotel's signature restaurant presents a relaxed Thanksgiving dinner (B1,550 per person) including traditional appetizers like butternut squash soup and hasselback potatoes alongside innovative mains like turkey-stuffed cannelloni. Desserts include mandarin tart, red fruit pavlova and the all-important pumpkin pie.

Little Beast

Starting at 7pm, the Thonglor hot-spot hosts its multi-course "Beasty Feast" (B1,800 per person, minimum 2 people). Mains include a salted beef and baked reblochon burger on homemade brioche bun and a bacon-chapon (castrated rooster) roulade stuffed with foie gras, chestnuts, mashed potatoes and maple walnut brussel sprouts. Desserts range from a classic pumpkin pie to bourbon maple glazed cheesecake.

The Anantara Siam holds a Thanksgiving dinner (B3,250 per person) with some luxurious seafood add-ons like lobsters and scallops. The main dinner menu spans roast turkey, golden new potatoes, brussel sprouts, bread stuffing and homemade cranberry sauce.

The JW Marriot's restaurants holds a dinner buffet (B2,400 per person, plus B1,100 for free-flow wine), which covers posh bites like lobster, Australian lamb and fresh seafood. Of course, they'll also be serving roast turkey along with standard Thanksgiving sides like glazed turnips. They also offer private party options and a "Thanksgiving to go" deal if you'd prefer to celebrate in the comfort of your home (requires 48-hour notice).

Sides include sweet potatoes, candied yams, corn on the cob and roasted potatoes.

The Okura Prestige's restaurant hosts a stylish lunchtime buffet (B2,000 with drinks) that steers away slightly from Thanksgiving tradition.
