Ari’s Baby Bar launches a brunch menu packed with surprising twists
Comforting dishes and relaxing vibes perfect for lazy weekend mornings.
Ari’s candy peach bar-restaurant Baby Bar is getting serious with their brunch menu. The uber hip haunt has just launched a daytime dining concept called “Baby Boo” that’s all about comforting breakfast classics with surprising twists. As for the coffee lineup? More than enough to satisfy your caffeine fix.
Sandwich devotees will be delighted to find mouthwatering choices like the salmon sando (B380), which piles crispy salmon fillet, avocado, fresh baby spinach, and tangy tartar sauce on toasted brioche, and the tom yum shrimp roll (B360), a fun take on the classic crowd-pleasing Thai staple brimming with lemongrass, kaffir lime, chili jam mayonnaise, and crispy shallot. For something meatier, the cheeseburger (B360), loaded with dry-aged beef, cheddar cheese, caramelized onion, roasted tomato and kale, is a solid choice.
Dessert-wise, make sure you leave room for the raspberry and roast toast (B290), a hearty plate of almond bread topped with mascarpone cheese, raspberry, fig, strawberry, and toasted pistachio served with raspberry sauce and a few spritzes of rose syrup mist, before calling it a meal with the tiramisu French toast (B220), layered with coffee custard, mascarpone cream, dark chocolate ganache, and grated chocolate.
To drink, try the strawberry americano (B145) or Lady Earl Grey (B115), or go all out with the Choco-Bananachino (B145) made with espresso, coco, and homemade banana syrup.
