It’s a festive month and Crystal Jade (G/F, Siam Paragon, 991/1, Rama 1 Rd., 02-610-9363. Open daily 11am-3pm, 5:30-10pm) is ready to serve you with its year-end special set. At B1,200, a six-course menu includes diced fish with Osmanthus, braised shark’s fin soup with crab roe and sautéed prawn coated with salty egg yolk.
