Celebrity chef Hong Thaimee will be joining Supanniga Cruise for three nights.

From Nov 26-28, Supanniga Cruise will welcome celebrity chef Hong Thaimee for a three-day pop-up. Hong Thaimee x Supanniga Cruise will see the celebrity chef of acclaimed cookbook "True Thai: Real Flavors for Every Table" merge Supanniga’s regional and traditional Thai dishes with her own contemporary cooking in a five-course meal. Expect sharing dishes and signature's like Chor Supanniga (steamed dumpling with minced fish filling) to be laid out alongside creations like Hong's Rose Herbal Bite, paired with five different wines and Champagnes.

Born in Chiang Mai, chef Hong was a model and TV host before she moved to New York to enter the culinary game. Her cookbook was published in 2015 and contains a mix of classic Thai recipes and Thai-American creations from her now-closed restaurant in New York City.

Tickets are priced at B3,250 per person, with B500 from every sale to be donated to The Global Fund to support their HIV/AIDS programs in Southeast Asia.
