Thai Cocktails

On Mar 24, 7pm Eat Me’s mixologist Buntanes Direkrittikul is launching eight new drinks using local Thai ingredients, such as the Gaeng Kaew Wan (B320), which comes fully loaded with garlic, and the Laab Moo (a spicy, herbal Isaan dish made with minced pork, B320), which comes topped by a crispy strip of Serrano ham, its rim flecked with with a crunchy mix of cilantro, rice and mint flakes.

Booze Ambassador

On Mar 26Freebird opens up its backyard for the second edition of its garden party (B1,250 per person). Starting from noon and continuing till 9pm, the party will take the form of a laid-back barbecue with dishes like grilled chicken, prawns, chicken wings, squid and roast pork belly, all cooked up by chef Dallas Cuddy. What’s more, Australian chef Jess Barnes (Opposite Mess Hall) will be joining as resident chef. Expect special cocktails as well as beer and wine packages, too.

Miznon Pop-up

This Apr 18-23, guest chef Pierre Bouko-Levy from Paris’s cult favorite Israeli eatery Miznon returns to Quince for a pop-up. Highlight creations include soft hand-made pita bread stuffed with slow-cooked juicy lamb, roast chicken, vegetarian-friendly ratatouille and choux farci (cabbage rolls)—all of which are available on the al a carte menus at both lunch and dinner.
