With over 48 branches worldwide, Ramen Santouka (6/F, Isetan, Ratchadamri Rd., 091-995-1817) has now landed in Bangkok. The place is pretty proud of its 16-hour pork bone soup which uses the same recipe as the original Hokkaido branch. Other signature dishes are the tokusen toroniku (ramen with roasted pork cheek, B250), kara miso ramen (spicy soybean paste flavor topped with bamboo shoots, B250) and aburi toroniku (grilled pork cheek, B160).
