Guests will have a chance to meet the chef in person and learn about his vaunted life and career as a Michelin-starred chef and restaurateur—and his time as a pro snowboarder, no doubt.
The special sharing set menu will include appetizers like Hokkaido scallop in the shell and tempura lobster with jalapeno and amazu ponzu. Afterward, look for two mains: the Glacier 51, which includes toothfish with gochujang miso and frisee, Saga Beef, which features an A5 strip loin with black garlic and truffle mashed potato.
