One for the books.

On Jan 31, Taan continues its Chef’s Talk series with a visit from Haoma’s Deepankar “DK” Khosla. He’ll be teaming up with fellow local food pioneer chef Monthep “Thep” Kamolsil for a special tasting menu that promises to push the boundaries of Indian and Thai cuisine while championing sustainable produce. Though the menu is under wraps, it’s safe to say this collaboration will be one for the books.
