Sloane's Masterclass at Jamie's Italian

On Aug 9-10, 3-8pm, Jamie’s Italian will be hosting bacon and sausage masterclasses demonstrated by the one and only Joe Sloane, the guy behind arguably Bangkok's best-loved sausage-making enterprise, Sloane’s. The workshops will go the full hog, too, starting with the butchering of a whole pig and a step-by-step guide on making porchetta. Then, Sloane will move onto teaching how to make sausages and bacon from scratch. For B990, you'll not only get four kilos worth of bacon and sausages to take home, but you'll also follow up your masterclass with a sit-down meal prepped by Jamie’s Italian’s chefs along with Menabrea beer. Limited to 10 spots per day. To book a class, contact [email protected].
