This Sunday, Aug 6, The Westin Grande Sukhumvit hosts Bangkok’s latest monthly Sunday brunch. And this one’s all about curing your hangover.

From 1-6pm, the Westin Hangover Brunch takes over Altitude lounge on the hotel’s 25th floor with some of the city’s top DJs along with a huge buffet. Wake up Sunday to where you left off Saturday and continue the party.

The adults-only affair promises plenty of creative cocktails (starting at B250) and a one-hour open bar (from 1-2pm) to help chase away the Sunday blues. Grab a tabletop pitcher of sangria for you and your friends, or cool off after dancing with a fun wine popsicle or gin cocktail served in a teapot. The venue boasts a generous dance floor, plenty of room to eat and even some cozy beds if you want to lounge around. 

Savory bites are just as inventive, with sushi served “on the rocks” in shot glasses, cold soup shooters, and lobster rolls that come with a syringe of guacamole for you to inject them with. Other classics like beef burgers with whiskey, cheddar cheese and French fries come in easygoing, tapas portions.

The real highlight is the buffet's extravagant dessert section, where you’ll find a lineup of fancy lollipop cupcakes, a macaron tower, martini tiramisu, mango sticky rice sushi, and a colorful wall of doughnuts and cotton candy.

Entrance is free. B699 gets you access to the all-you-can-eat buffet. Spirits by the bottle start from B2,700.
