One of the most hotly anticipated food events of the year, La Monita’s "La Fiesta Monita por Siempre" party on Nov 11 celebrates eight years in the industry.

Since its opening in Mahatun Plaza in 2009, the restaurant has garnered a reputation for its vibrant and delicious Mexican cuisine, while its expansion to EmQuartier and Siam Paragon stands as testament to its city-wide popularity. Earlier this year, La Monita also took out the Readers' Choice Award for Bangkok's best tacos in BK's Best Eats 2017 guide. 

This year’s celebration promises to be even bigger and better than the last. As well as bottomless drinks and food from La Monita’s own menu, you’ll also be able to graze on traditional Thai dishes like pad Thai and green curry with beef, cooked up by the new neighboring restaurant Thai Ni Yom and Spanish offerings from next door's Osito.

Of course, every good party needs a banging soundtrack. Cue Thailand’s famous singer-songwriter Hugo. Known for his single "Disappear," famously covered by Beyonce for her album I Am…Sasha Fierce, and his bluegrass country version of Jay-Z’s '99 Problems', Hugo will headline the fun-filled fiesta.
