Pablo (Japan)

Hot on the heels of Hokkaido’s Bake, there’s a new Japanese cheese tart condender coming to town. Introducing Osaka’s Pablo. Since launching around two years ago, this creamy pudding-like tart in the trademark crispy shell has been lauded as one of its hometown’s must-try treats, causing some pretty lengthy queues. We can also expect a few specially flavored cheese tarts, like matcha, when the store opens at Siam Paragon on Oct 27. www.fb.com/PABLOCheesetartThailand
