EAT
The Singapore Favorite Food Village is all about hawker heritage and this year's focus is on Teochew dishes. Otherwise, head to Clarke Quay's Durian Can Boleh pop up for durian creme brulees, salted egg fries and chili crab mantou.

MOVIE
The highly anticipated SG50 omnibus 7 Letters opens today and features seven of Singapore’s most acclaimed directors including Royston Tan, Tan Pin Pin and Eric Khoo, producing, writing and directing a segment each.

CHARITY
First Hand throws a charity gala dinner Midnight At Ascot with proceeds going towards the prevention of child trafficking in Cambodia. The night is pretty glam, complete with a fashion show by Covetella and an art auction.

PARTY
LA-based DJ TJR is known for his funky EDM remixes so expect an energetic gig at Zouk. Or head to Canvas for a night of New York City-inspired beats. The Bronx has tons of hip hop jams with DJ Rattle and LionCityBoy.

ART
Face to Peace, featuring 25 works by Indonesian artist Stefan Buana, attempts to explore the elements of shapes and materiality on canvas by forming faces with only threads and wires.

FESTIVAL
Garden Beats takes over Fort Canning Park with Mowe, Naxxos and Stereo Express taking to the stage for an electronic music picnic. There's also food by Marco Marco, Kerbside Gourmet, Selva Foods and plus39 gelato bar. 

OUTING
Gillman Barracks shakes things up a bit with another version of Art After Dark during the day. Art Day Out runs through the afternoon with a design fair selling made-in-Singapore accessories, souvenirs and ceramics by the likes of Supermama, Hypergrand and LizBakesClay. As usual, there are tons of F&B carts, too.

ART
Let it all out at Catharsis where Indonesian artist Syagini Ratna Wula invites artgoers to smash the plates he has created.

WORKSHOP
The silkscreen printing workshop takes participants through the basic steps of designing, creating and printing using the block-out method. All materials are included in the cost and participants get to keep their tote bag creations. 

MOVIE
Catch three early films by the late Malaysian filmmaker Yasmin Ahmad, who is most well-known for her arthouse success Sepet

FAIRS
The Aliwal Arts Night Crawl Art Market features various art performances and works by upcoming artists and accessories makers in Singapore. There are workshops to attend, delicious food stalls and lots of drinks. 

PARTY
Rising DJ Objekt brings his unpredictable house mixes, while Puzzle showcases sets that merge dubstep and techno beats. If day parties are more your thing, head to the Veuve Clicquot Summer Carnival Party where there will be tons of Champagne, carnival performances and beach volleyball matches.

VJ turned yogini Denise Keller's AromaYoga workshop combines natural essential oils with Yin yoga.

FAIR
The Singapore Red Cross organizes another Sunday Sales, with clothes, electronics and household items going for a bargain price. All sales proceeds from this bazaar will go towards Red Cross Home for the Disabled, FoodAid and TransportAid.

PARTY
Good Times: The Sunday Edition features limited signed prints from illustrator Allison M. Low and a live performance from electronic music producer Blankverse. Or head to Lime House's second anniversary where there will be a huge Caribbean spread, reggae and soca music and lots of cocktails. 

NETWORKING
The inaugural Treasure SG photowalk will be held at an iconic (but secret) location in Singapore. You get to explore the vicinity, discover its history and capture some great photos.
