This luxurious-looking drink is named after the 1920s Broadway composer and inspired by his lively number, “Let’s Do It, Let’s Fall in Love,” written in 1928. The drink is based on burnt honey-and-butter-washed Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve infused with fig and aromatic spring herbs, served with ice cubes in a rock glass half coated with bee pollen.

2. Smoked Julep (B590)
For an elegant twist on the classic Mint Julep, bourbon is replaced with Talisker 10 Years Old single malt Scotch whisky for a warm and smoky touch on top of the dried-fruit sweetness. Added to it are ginger syrup and mint leaves.

3. Co-co, Who’s There? (B495)
This Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve long drink is the perfect summer refresher. The base whisky is mixed with fresh young coconut juice, Tahitian lime juice, cold-press pineapple and vermouth blanc for some spicy and herbal notes. It’s served on rock ice topped with Mombasa ginger beer, a pineapple chip and fresh thyme.

4. Sawasdee (B320)
The Thai restaurant known for pouring whisky cocktails which make us of fresh local ingredients presents a Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve drink featuring almond-flavor amaretto liqueur, mango, orange, lemon and syrup served with crushed ice and garnished with cherry, cinnamon stick, lemon peel and mint leaves.

5. The Il Fumo (B420)
This brand new luxury cocktail bar comes courtesy of the mastermind behind one of Asia’s 50 Best Bars, Vesper. Here they use Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve as the base spirit mixed with Islay’s Lagavulin single malt, Licor 43 liqueur and Spanish wine Pedro Ximenez.

6. Bobby Burns (B330)
Track 17 is a cocktail bar styled after a vintage train carriage that dedicates its list to forgotten classic that you’ve probably never heard of. Bobby Burns is basically the sibling of the famous Manhattan, replacing American whisky with Scotch. Here, the bar uses Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve as the base spirit, mixed with house-made vermouth and DOM Benedictine.

7. Santa Maria (B280)
If you love whisky and are also a fan of spirit-forward cocktails, you shouldn’t miss Vogue Lounge. To celebrate this occasion, the bar picks Singleton 12 Years Old mixed with Mancino Bianco vermouth, Burlesque Bitters and grapefruit bitters served with an ice ball in a rock glass garnished with an orange twist.

You may have heard of the Blood & Sand cocktail, one of the few classic drinks to be based on Scotch whisky. Here, Oskar bistro plays a little bit with the cocktail to create the Bloody Sand special, which features Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve mixed with Aperol and blood orange.
