This May, WTF Bar & Gallery celebrates its five-year anniversary with a two-day party on May 29-30. 

 

AKA WTF 5th Anniversary Festival’s program includes the launch of art exhibition “Wonderful Thai Friendship II” on May 29, featuring experimental multi-media artwork by 14 non-artists such as singer Gene Kasidit, BK’s very own Gregoire Glachant, restaurateur Sanya Souvanna Phouma and performer/producer Ka-ge Mulvilai.

 

Also launching on the same night is digital artist Wit Pimkanchanapong's new mural street art in WTF alley, and Floating Sculpture at WTF Cafe by Pongsuang Kunprasop (aka Note Dudesweet), with free-flow frozen Bacardi Daiquiris from 6-8pm. Trasher’s resident DJ Jojo takes over the turntables from 7:30-10:30pm.

 

May 30 sees a screening of short films curated by Top Changtrakul at Studio Lam from 5:30-6:30pm, as well as a block party on WTF alley (starting 4pm), with food provided by Soul Food Mahanakorn, Rocket Coffeebar, Nahm and Appia. The AKA After Party will continue at Studio Lam till late.
