To coincide with the ongoing ceramic exhibition Unsweetened Love (se HERE), Pratya Raktabutr will be leading a one-day workshop on Raku firing on Nov 14, 10am-3pm, at the Neilson Hays Library (95 Surawong Rd., 02-233-1731). Raku is a type of Japanese pottery used in the traditional tea ceremonies. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to create unique patterns and designs using a ceramic firing process which involves fire and smoke.
