Fresh from being crowned Thai Premier League Champions for the second year running, Muangthong United have just announced a strategic alliance with Spanish side Club Atletico de Madrid. It sounds like quite a big deal as it will see Thai players go over to train and could see Atletico, who have the likes of Diego Forlan and the Argentine striker Sergio Aguero on their books, come to Thailand for friendly match.
