Singapore Art Week, a R!ot drag show and a Bukit Brown foraging tour are just some highlights.

It's Singapore Art Week! There are just so many exhibitions, talks and artists to check out, along with plenty of walking tours to sign up for. But if art isn't your thing, you can always head to the R!ot drag show or party with an internationally acclaimed NYC DJ.

ART
The Atelier Auction is showcasing paintings, sculpture, photographs and prints at Art Carnival Night, with lots of wine and talks by some of the artists. Art investors, take note. 

Check out paintings and ceramics inspired by artist Belinda Fox's travels to Vietnam and Myanmar in "Balancing The World." 

PARTY
NYC DJ Equal, who has played at private parties for Marc Jacobs and Saint Laurent, will be spinning at Bang Bang

DESIGN
Local designers like Afzal B. Imram, Colin Seah (of Ministry of Design) and Karyn Lim show work inspired by alchemy at the Singapore Art Museum. These design pieces first appeared at La Triennale di Milano back in April. 

NETWORKING
Big on tech-related courses, co-working space General Assembly is having an open house and happy hour. 

PARTY
Dutch dance music maestro Lindo Martinez and house music DJ Shigeki will be at Kyo for the night of house music.

EAT
Alati is a new Greek restaurant to check out and it serves salt-baked fresh fish ($50-70), topped with a lemon caper sauce.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Andy Warhol's polaroids are on exhibit in Social Circus. See if you can spot candid shots of Bianca Jagger, Martha Graham, Andre Leon Talley and other old-time scenesters. 

ART
For the third time, the Aliwal Arts Centre will hold its Urban Art Festival, with cool workshops, local DJs and bands as well as street art showcases. 

The fourth edition of Singapore Art Week is hosting than 80 art shows and concerts. Local artists like Tang Da Wu and Donna Ong will be exhibiting work. Check out the seven other arts events during Singapore Art Week here.

It may sound like a stuffy award presentation, the Prudential Eye Awards is anything but, with a two-and-a-half month showcase of Asia’s contemporary work. Look out for photographer Robert Zhao's black and white photographs.

DRAG
Becca D'Bus is having another edition of the R!ot Drag Show with her friends. Bring your friends for a round of drinks and raucous fun.

EXPLORING
The Asian Film Archive has organized State of Motion, a bus tour that takes you back in time to the filming locations of famous Cathay-Keris horror movies. Check out the filming locations of these old school films.

Part of SAM's Singapore Art Week, Of Art and Architecture is a tour is all about exploring how the principles of art have shaped the historical buildings of Singapore.

ArtOutreach is having a tour of the artwork that appears on the North East Line. Find out more about the pieces on display here.

There's a People's Park Complex walking tour, where you'll get to know the architecture of the building and the part it has had to play in Singapore's social landscape.

COMEDY
The Comedy Club's international show is still on, with Mary Bourke from Ireland, Prince Badi from Somalia/the UK who performed with American comedian Louis CK. 

PARTY
Canvas is having a party, with Bali's premier spin maestro DJ Heidy, who will be playing deep house, minimal and techno sounds together with resident DJ outfit Two Shades who will be bringing their own flavor of funky, feel-good house tunes.

MUSIC
Fans of Phantom of the Opera can listen to their favorite songs at this classical concert at the Esplanade Concert Hall.

EXPLORING
The first nature tour of Bukit Brown this year is hosted by Beng Tang from 9am-12pm, and will teach you where to find and identify edible plants. 

WELLNESS
Cheer on your friends at the Brooks Run Happy Marathon and pick up some fitness tips.

PARTY
Ce La Vi's resident DJ Deepak will be spinning with Brendon P. and Anand at Re:Groove, with Latin American-inspired mixes. 

DRINK
Odd One Out is a new bar to check out at the Emerald Hill area. Drinks include cocktails like Hot Tub Time machine ($18) with gin, vermouth and starfruit extract; and the after-school-sounding Smooth Operator ($18).
