It’s clear the craft beer trend hasn’t run its course yet, as “gypsy” microbrewery Mikkeller, from Copenhagen, prepares to take the craze to the next level with the opening of its flagship bar in Bangkok. Founded in the kitchens of two home brewers, Mikkel Bjergsø and Kristian Keller, the brewery is recognized for its experimental approach, limited batches and for challenging our expectations. Mikkeller Bangkok (26 Ekkamai Soi 10, Yaek 2) will open in Ekkamai this January 29 promising over 30 beers on tap and bottles from all over the world.
