Most details are still in the planning stages, but here's what we know: there will be a dragon boat competition featuring teams from Singapore and around the region, food and art markets by emerging designers and chefs, an urban beach to chill out at, live music performances and activities like sailing around the bay—all set against the iconic Marina Bay cityscape.
