The Hive co-working space on Sukhumvit Soi 49 teams up with Wine Garage for What's Your Grape, a brand new monthly wine tasting series with a unique theme each month. Experience first-hand from one of the leading lights in Bangkok's wine industry, Kim Wachtveitl of niche wine importer Wine Garage and Quince restaurant, how to detect different wine styles and grape varietals. The first event, priced at B500 a head, takes place on Thu Sep 25, 7:30pm onwards, and focuses on a few topics: differentiating between tank and bottle-fermented sparkling wine; un-oaked vs oak-matured white wine; and light vs full-bodied red wine. Each event will feature a minimum of five wines along with complementary snacks.
