Powerful cars need powerful music, too.

The Singapore Grand Prix is always an exciting time of year, what with all the celebrities in town, VIP parties and races happening. It's also a time where we pull some of music's biggest acts to headline the race's concerts. Last year we had the likes of Rihanna, The Killers and Justin Bieber (when he's not in those legal tussles) - so why should this year be any different?

So who's in store this year? Aside from one of Asia's biggest rock bands, Mayday, look forward to long-time English electronic pop duo Pet Shop Boys (Sep 20), Grammy Award-winning soulful singer-songwriter John Legend (Sep 21) and Bob Marley's musical son, Ziggy Marley (Sep 20-21) to headline performances in Zone 1 of this year's Formula 1.
