OK, so this doesn’t actually involve eating, but it will get you hungry. Starting Nov 25, Gallery 2 at TCDC presents Foodjects: Design and the New Cuisine in Spain, dedicated to the contemporary food innovations happening in Spain. The exhibition will cover, of course, the influence of El Bulli on the modern food boom that has touched kitchen tools, food products and the media around the world, as well as new plate designs that accommodate these new and unusual dishes, and technological inventions that permit new cooking techniques.
