News just broke that 23-year-old English singer Harry Styles will be making his Bangkok debut on May 7 2018 at Impact Arena, Muang Thong Thani. Tickets go on sale this Jun 16 via Thaiticketmajor.com, with prices starting at B2,500. And may well sell out instantly.

Harry Styles made a name for himself as part of the hit boy band One Direction, who sweeped up five Brit Awards and four MTV VIdeo Music Awards thanks to their global hits including "What Makes you Beautiful" and "Steal My Girl". Earlier this year, he went on to launch his solo career with his self-titled debut album which is heavily influenced by 1970s soft rock and is a huge step away from his previous works. Some even compared his effort to—gasp—the late David Bowie. The hit single, "Sign of the Times", debuted at number one in several countries.

Now, he's on his first solo tour around the world to promote the album, along with opening act American all-girl indie rock band Warpaint who are known for their songs "Beetles" and "New Song."
