Celebrate Bastille Day with these 7 French-themed parties in Singapore
There'll be French movie screenings, plenty of wine and cheese, and room for you to dance.
With the sheer amount of parties celebrating France's National Day, you can pretty much start your own Bastille Day pub crawl.
Make sure you grab enough popcorn to last you through The Screening Room's Bastille Movie Week. Although it's already halfway through, you can still catch the rest of the films, like the classic romance movie Amelie, musical film Les Choristes or comedies L'Auberge Espagnole and Le Diner De Cons. Celebrate French Apero 2016, the fourth edition of Bastille Day at Ô Batignolles Wine Bar & French Bistro. Soak up the atmosphere and dress up in casual stripes. This is their fourth time hosting such an event so join in on their tradition with French music that'll be playing all night long. You now have a reason to check out Singapore's newest super club, Baliza, as they host their own Bastille Day celebrations. French nationals can enter for free before midnight, with proof of identification. Alliance Française de Singapour is also raising their party flags for France's National Day, providing guests with snacks, drinks, quizzes and even gifts at the lobby.
