Israeli-born American songwriter Eef Barzelay, founder of the band Clem Snide, plays two gigs in Bangkok. The first one on Jun 18 takes place at The Space at 8pm, giving you an excuse to cross over to the other side of the river. The launch of the photobook at Cho Why, compiling photos taken by Australian photographer Nicolas Axelrod and Austrian journalist Denise Hruby. The book gives a different insight into modern-day Cambodia during a period of transition. This was a project funded through crowd-funding. It will be available for purchase on the night.
French artist and architect Bruno Tanquerel's solo exhibition at the new Sofitel Sukhumvit gallery features his contemporary artwork in the style of Paul Klee, with abstract lines that touch upon human relationships. Opens on Jun 18 at 6pm.

The hip collaborative exhibition features 2 and 3D illustrations, video installations and fashion designs by 10 up-and-coming female designers and artists from Japan alongside seven Thai female artists selected by Practical Design Studio. It opens at 7pm, with a live painting show by Ai Madonna and Ly, a fashion show by Norikonakazato and a live outdoor gig by the indie girl-power group Yellow Fang. Busy that day? The exhibition runs through Jun 28.

Party organizer Kolour makes a big comeback this Jun 20 with the launch of its new nightlife concept that promises to go beyond the Bangkok clubbing norm. Sunn is a nine-hour music fest with three music zones and a lineup packed with some of the most well-known Bangkok-based DJs, plus special headliner German DJ KowieSix from Moonbootica.
