[Sponsored] Clarke Quay is great at night, but, as you well know, it’s equally good in the daytime. And with a brand new series of events and promotions happening every Sunday from Dec 6-Jan 24 2016, there are plenty of good reasons to head there for brunch.
Many of Clarke Quay’s eateries are rolling out special deals for Sunday brunch. At Catch Beer and Batter, for example, you can get doubles on the Dory fish and chips. Harry’s, on the other hand, is offering one-for-one chicken tandoori skewers, charcoal and onion ciabatta and other dishes. If you’re feeling like Japanese for brunch, Tomo Izakaya is doing one-for-one on soba and udon dishes.
Sundays are made for daytime decadence, and several Clarke Quay restaurants are rolling out one-for-one promotions on beer. These include Balinese restaurant Bayang, northern Chinese place Hutong and Thai restaurant Rennthai. Quayside Seafood Restaurant, on the other hand, is doing $5 house pours and beers, to wash down all that chili crab, sambal prawns and stir-fried scallops. On the food front, they’re also doing half-price on satay and calamari rings if you order drinks.
Also on Sundays, spend $20 on food and drink at any Clarke Quay restaurant and they’ll throw in free parking, between Dec 6-Jan 24 2016.
Put your brunches and beer to good use. CapitaStar members who spend $50 stand a chance to win a two day, one night staycation by the river at Novotel Singapore Clarke Quay, along with free river boat rides and dining vouchers worth up to $1,000.
After a hearty brunch, sweat it out a little over a game of handball or football at the Sports Carnival. Held every Sunday from Dec 6-Jan 24, the carnival will also test your motor skills and eye for detail at the precision shooting and inflatable dart stations and other fun and exciting games. If you have kids in tow, Irish pub McGettigan’s, meat place Hot Stones Steak and Seafood or North Indian restaurant Ras The Essence of India let one child dine for free for every two paying adults.
The Sunday brunch promotions and the Sports Carnival at Clarke Quay run from Dec 6-Jan 2016. Terms and conditions apply. More info here.
