1001 Nights, A one-of-a-kind celebration of Middle Eastern cuisine with a modern twist by an Arabian chef
 
Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok is delighted to welcome Guest Chef Sudqi Naddaf from Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates in Dubai, for an all-you-can-eat celebration authentic of Middle Eastern cuisine and entertainment. Indulge your palates with Chef Naddaf’s authentic Arabic cuisine with a modern twist such as white fish in clay pot, tabouleh (Arabic salad with fresh vegetables, herbs and onions), hummus (chickpea dip) and falafel (deep-fried chickpea with herbs) as well as different kind of flavorful grilled or slow-braised protein goodness at Brasserie Europa (B2,400) from 7pm-midnight,  today – Aug. 24,2014. All dishes will be served with warm homemade pita breads, along with the traditional Arabic belly dancing.

Deschutes East Side Beer Party
 
On Friday, Aug. 22, Beervana is teaming up with the East Side’s home of great craft beer, Pink Tender, to host Bangkok’s first Deschutes beer party. Just 25 years old, Bend Oregon’s Deschutes Brewery is one of America’s top 5 craft brewers, and brews some of the finest awardwinning craft beers in the world. Demand is so great in the Western United States, that Deschutes can’t even supply the East side; but Beervana still manage to get their hands on these coveted gems and deliver them for all Bangkok beer fanatics. If that wasn’t enough, Pink Tender will also be serving up free canapes from 5pm-7pm and beer-inspired tapas-style dishes throughout the night. There will also be a corn hole and beer pong tournaments from 7pm-9pm with the winning teams enjoying free flow draft the rest of the evening. The admission is free.

Dinner with Marc-Frederic & Chef Ben McRae
 
Issaya Cooking Studio warmly welcomes renown master butcher and charcuterie specialist, Chef Marc-Frederic. Based in UK, Chef Marc learned his crafts in Germany, studied fine charcuterie in France, and now travels the world, consulting clients and giving quality tips of the trade to many successful charcuterie businesses earning him the title, "Sausage Doctor". On Aug.30, from 7pm-10pm, Chef Marc-Frederic will team up with Issaya's residential Chef Ben McRae to create a dinner menu (B5,500) showcasing his charcuterie expertise, and for enthusiastic cooks, Chef Marc-Frederic will also be giving an advanced charcuterie masterclass (B6,000) on Sept. 1, from 10:30am-6:30pm (lunch included).
