Brasserie Cordonnier

Soho Hospitality (Above Eleven, Charcoal, Havana Social) moves into casual French dining. Expect comforting classics including Australian wagyu beef tartare with confit egg yolk and porcini oil, and lobster bisque with sweet corn and pickled baby corn. There are also French-inspired cocktails like La Vie En Rose (rose petal-infused Barcardi, yellow Chartreuse, lemon juice and rose essence).

Billy’s Smokehouse

You might know Billy Bautista from Osito Unique Spanish and La Monita. Here, Billy takes on low-and-slow smoked meats with an all-American barbecue approach that nods to his California roots. Billy's Smokehouse busts out giant plates of finger-licking smoked meat that come in at under B1K per head, including all the sides your stomach could wish for.

The Kitchen Table

W Bangkok’s chic all-day restaurant deals in both Asian and Western flavors. Their recently unveiled “Tipsy Cow” menu features sees carefully selected meats treated to stateside cooking techniques, from smoked beef brisket and barbecue pork ribs to burgers and unique dishes like the duck lasagna. The restaurant shirks the hotel’s glamorous and glittery purple vibe in favor of classy warm woods and inviting amber lighting.

Aesop's

This next-gen rebirth of a family-run Greek restaurant from Sydney conjures an ouzo-fueled party atmosphere. A sharing feast of vibrant classics like eight-hour lamb shoulder, chicken souvlaki and char-grilled Mediterranean octopus will be followed by a full blown daytime party, inspired by summer on the Greek islands. In a hall made for big, boisterous gatherings, guests are encouraged to hurl crockery, as is Greek tradition, to a soundtrack of “Zorba’s Dance.”

Cagette Canteen and Deli

Find your way to Cagette Canteen and Deli for a bounty of fresh seafood, stinky cheeses, cold cuts and simple French comfort dishes. “Cagette” is French for crate, the wooden sort that evokes the bountiful fresh markets of yester-century France, and the decor is thusly themed—farmhouse transmuted by the industrial revolution. As well as being one of the ‘hood’s top French restaurants, Cagette also doubles as a grab-and-go deli.

La Casa Nostra

Come the cooler months, diners flock to the cozy outdoor terrace for the pick of the bottles from the wine cellar and chef Nino Scognamillo’s rustic-yet-refined Italian cuisine. Juicy grilled meats are joined on the menu by “nonna-style” gnocchi and premium produce like Cantabrian anchovies.

Haoma

This modern two-story wood house with backyard views is the brainchild of two Indian chefs, Deepanker Khosla and Tarun Bhatia, who are both zealots for the farm-to-table and zero-waste approach. The humble tomato is elevated in high-wire dishes like the Tomato Mist with whey, Indian barrage, blueberry and celery, though meat-lovers will take comfort in the wagyu short ribs, assisted by glazed eel, smoked eggplant, black garlic, raw mushrooms and buckwheat foam.

Koi

This swanky Japanese party lounge combines Koi restaurant and next-door hotspot, The Club by Koi. The California-born brand’s long, narrow space boasts a sultry ambience with leather upholstered seats, stunning views and a deeply polished bar. Their Japanese comfort food comes with a Californian twist, like spicy tuna on crispy rice cakes or chicken teriyaki with wasabi mashed potato.

The Meatchop Butcher and Spirits

This carnivore heaven serves premium steak and tasty tapas bites from an open kitchen. Grilled prime cuts include a 270-day aged Australian black Angus, while smaller plates like jamon Iberico and the trending wagyu katsu sando are perfect to nibble on while sipping on a classic cocktail. Black tiling meets pastel pinks and greens and pink-tinged lighting for a hip, fun atmosphere.

Pizza Massilia (Sukhumvit)

Inspired by the Neapolitans who emigrated to France and the USA, Italian chef and restaurateur Luca Appino (La Bottega di Luca) takes a cross-continental approach to pizzas. Pumped out of two massive ovens from Italy, the pizzas here are delicate and refined affairs that often bear extravagant toppings sourced from Italy and France—think mortadella, truffles and fior di latte—all served in a calming blue and white dining room.
