Don Mueang is not the only airport with its own batch of new “sleeping boxes.” Hanoi’s Noi Bai International Airport has also just unveiled some pretty fancy SleepPods.

 

They may look like vending machines from the outside but these bright wooden rooms are surprisingly roomy and come with comfy bunk beds and space for luggage.

 

Rates are charged in 1-5 hour slots, starting at VND130,000 (B206) per hour for a single room and VND150,000 (B238) for twin room. For 24-hour stays, it costs VND 650,000 (B1,032) and VND750,000 (B1,191), plus taxes. Book in advance for cheaper prices here.

 

These sleep pods will be offered for free to passengers whose flights are delayed or cancelled. Try it out now with a free one-hour stay between 12:30-1:30pm daily, through Dec 31.
