This year's Singha Obstacle Fun Run offers aspiring runners the chance to get down and dirty at the Thai Diamond Land Resort in Chiang Rai this Apr 26.

Participants can choose between either the 7.5km run with 10 obstacles or the 15km run with 20 obstacles. Both involve you climbing walls, leaping through giant tires and running across mud puddles while spectators cheer you on to the finish line. For those who don't want to do the race alone, there is also a team division for groups of four. 

Registration fees range from B750-3,500 and prize money will be awarded to the top three finishers of each age category as well as the top three teams. For more information visit tinyurl.com/me6uzq2.
