Hello Kitty flights are now a thing
For better or for worse, they're starting at Changi Airport Jun 2015.
Hello Kitty fans, bummed that you missed the 10 Hello Kitty-themed flights from Singapore to Taiwan in December last year? Well, it’s time to celebrate because Eva Air is making it a permanent affair from June this year and tickets have already gone on sale.
Expect to see everything from the in-flight entertainment to the seat cushions and even the toilet paper being plastered with the mouthless cat’s face. It doesn’t stop there, you’ll also get to check-in at special Hello Kitty booths at Taiwan’s Taoyuan airport that prints your boarding pass on Hello Kitty paper and hang out at the exclusive Hello Kitty Gate. Get ready for a full-on Hello Kitty overload; you have been warned.
The Taiwanese Airline will be adding three Kitty themed flights from Singapore to Taiwan flights each week, on top of their existing daily and we will also be the first Southeast Asian country to host these Hello Kitty jets.
Early bird tickets start at $160 for a return flight from Singapore to Taiwan (excluding taxes and surcharge). Head here to book. Or, you know, head for the hills.
