Seven of the region's best chefs come together to help the elephants.

Following a series of awesome collaborative dinners, Phuket's Tim Butler-led seafood restaurant Esenzi (076-451-456, esenzirestaurants.com) will host its most exciting event yet this Feb 26, and it's all in the name of charity.

They'll also be joined by Hong Kong-born chef Richie Lin, who used to work at Noma and is one of the founders of Taiwan's new-wave restaurant Mume. Plus, there'll be another surprise guest in the kitchen.

The prices is B10,000 net per person for a ten-course tasting menu prepared by all seven chefs, along with beverage pairing and return transport from Iniala Kitchen & Bar and Laguna Phuket area.

All proceeds will go to Phuket Elephant Sanctuary (www.phuketelephantsanctuary.org), which is co-founded by renowned conservationist Lek Chailert of Save Elephant Foundation.
