Four Seasons just opened its new Chiang Mai cooking school last month, and now the Dhara Dhevi (www.dharadhevi.com) has released another food highlight in the form of Allegro, an Italian restaurant that just launched this month.

 

Contradicting the resort’s fancy atmosphere, the kitchen here offers simple family-style dishes like wood-fired pizzas, pastas and antipasto platters with premium ingredients.
