We’ve all been a little bit obsessed with Mama noodles of late but now here’s a chance to take that obsession to a whole other level. Since September, Osaka is now the proud home of Japan’s (and probably the world’s) second-largest museum about instant noodles. The Cupnoodles Museum is initiated by Nissin, one of Japan’s largest producers of instant noodles, and portrays the history and evolution of instant noodles since they were first created in 1958. There’s also a Noodle Bazaar where you can try a million flavors of noodles—or even make your own instant noodles. It’s open Wed-Mon, 10am-6pm; entry fee is ¥500 (B200). Call us crazy but we’d check it out.
