The market will take place every last weekend of the month from April onward and they’ll also be hosting workshops and talks.

Portugal, the New Dawn EP. 8: Portuguese 2-Michelin Star Chef

Il Fumo’s back with their Portugese series, this time collaborating with chef Ricardo Costa of Porto's two-Michelin-star The Yeatman on May 16-17. He'll join hands with Il Fumo’s chef-partner Amorim Nelson and chef Alexandre Ferreira from Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo do Douro-Lamego. There’ll be a total of seven courses covering "new Portuguese cuisine" priced at B5,400 per person with wine pairing an additional B1,400.
