Gone are the days of stale, flavorless airplane food. Asia's boutique airline Bangkok Airways rolls out Exclusive Chefs in the Sky, its latest campaign to indulge Blue Ribbon Business Class passengers with a selection of special dishes prepared by Thailand's top restaurants. From now until the end of August, it's a menu by Greyhound Cafe, which includes minced pork, smoked bacon balls and fusili padthai. During Sep-Oct, the food will come straight from Relais & Chateaux's The Pavilions Phuket then, for the last two months of the year, you'll get to sample dishes from the Four Seasons Chiang Mai.
