Where life after work is spiced up by great DJs, live performances and world-class Scotch

French electronic music and fashion label Kitsuné (whose stable includes artists like La Roux and Phoenix) is joining forces with SIWILAI CITY CLUB for the first-ever edition of its new electronic party series, "Kitsuné Afterwork Bangkok", brought to you by Johnnie Walker.

The new electro-dance event kicks off June 27 from 7-11pm at SIWILAI CITY CLUB, and the opening acts are nothing to balk at. Better yet, entry is completely free and there's also tons of giveaway goodies from Kitsuné. Good cocktails, food and beats in a chill setting: sounds like a winning combination.

To kick things off, 15-year-vet of the deck-spinning game Julio Galvez, aka “The Whooligan”, brings his previous residency experience in San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York to the turntables at SIWILAI CITY CLUB. The Whooligan made a name for himself in some of the world’s most competitive dance markets with an eclectic mix of internationally-influenced progressive soul, funky house and feel-good hip hop. His success has also paid dividends in the form of collaborations with top international brands, including MTV, Vice, Def Jam, Brooklyn Circus, Daily Paper, PUMA and more.

There’s even more. Rising DJ from The Philippines, Butta B—who’s been a figure on Manila’s nightlife scene for more than four years—will import her underground club vibes, while Tokyo-based MC ONJUICY—widely known for his performance with Skepta at Boiler Room Tokyo—will round the night out with a live show packed full of grime-y beats.

The event takes place on Wed, June 27 from 7-11pm at SIWILAI CITY CLUB, Level 5, Central Embassy.
