Electronic music producer and DJ Fatboy Slim will be returning to Bangkok, bringing his beats as a headliner during day one of the three-day Songkran Music Festival at Live Park Rama 9 this April.

Joining him on the line-up are Dutch DJ-record producer Tiesto and American electronic house DJ Steve Aoki, along German house producer Robin Schulz, electronic/dance duo Cat Dealers and 22-year-old Australian DJ Throttle.

Some might know Fatboy Slim under one of his many former aliases as the award-winning artist holds the Guinness World Record for the most top 40 hits under various stage names.

The musician took the name Fatboy Slim in 1996 after he released his studio debut album Better Living Through Chemistry, which received critical acclaim. Since then, he’s released several hit albums like Between the Gutter and the Stars and successful singles and remixes for Beastie Boys and the electronic music duo Groove Armada.

Nostalgic fans might also remember Spike Jonze's off-the-wall clip for Fatboy Slim's 2000 single "Weapon of Choice," in which Christopher Walken dances around the lobby of L.A. then-Marriott Hotel. Relive it all in the video below.

Single-day festival tickets are available at www.s2ofestival.com/ticket for B2,000 on April 13-15.
