In Close Intimacy

On Friday Oct 12, Bangkok's uncompromisingly authentic Thai restaurant Bo.lan welcomes into the kitchen the husband and wife team behind Singapore's Cheek by Jowl.  The current holder of a Michelin star, Cheek by Jowl has made its name for an ingredient-driven take on "modern Australian" cuisine since opening in 2016. The one-off dinner, titled "In Close Intimacy," will see Sri Lankan-born chef Rishi Naleendra handle the food, while his wife, Manuela Toniolo, takes care of the organic/biodynamic wine pairings. Only 45 tickets available, priced at B4,200 per person (plus B2,800 if you fancy the wine pairing). To reserve a spot, call 02-260-2962 or contact@bolan.co.th.
