This Mar 6-8, the chef-patron of Paris' Michelin-starred Le Passiflore (now closed) will visit Scarlett to create special a la carte dishes and a French-inspired five-course dinner (B2,200/person) spanning Burgundy snail-stuffed ravioli, French foie gras with mango and beetroot julienne, Maine lobster, roasted New Zealand lamb rack, strawberry shortbread and more.

In collaboration with The.Banana.Warrior, Nowhere will throw a plant-based Sunday farmers' market on Mar 10 featuring artisanal vendors and live DJs. They will also present a new vegan menu with exclusive plant-based cocktails.

Carnivores, pay close attention: this Mar 10, Pesca Mar & Terra Bistro and LOLA By Cocotte will be hosting a meat lovers' brunch, featuring full racks of all-you-can-eat Tomahawk for B1,490. Also on offer will be pizza and burger stations, seafood, a salad bar, cheese, cold cuts, homemade bread, desserts and ice cream. Free-flow packages will also be available.

Sky-high Thai restaurant Taan resumes its Farmer's Talk series on Mar 15 under the title “Where’s the Beef?” to welcome Nattakorn Suvarntada, the founder of Cows & The Boy in Suphanburi, who will discuss his sustainable approach to raising livestock. At the event, Taan’s executive chef Monthep Kamolsilp will also be creating an innovative nine-course Thai menu featuring three breeds of beef from the farm: Matsusaka Nichi wagyu, Angus and Charolais (B2,800 per person).
