Back for its third year from Sep 5-8, the Bangkok Art Book Fair is so much more than a book sale.

With the support of both local and international artists, designers, writers, illustrators, publishers and editors, the event aims to support self-publishing, giving a platform for writers to present their work to the public. At the same time, it aims to bring artistic minds together to share knowledge on print and design, with a view to increase the number of independent publications. 

The fair will take place at Sathorn's Bangkok CityCity Gallery, providing a stage for book launches, workshops, mini showcases from artists and talks and lectures on art and publishing. Food and drinks will also be available at the venue.

Entry is B100/day for adults, B60/day for students and free for children under 12. Stay tuned to the Facebook event page for more information.
